Terms of booking or/and cancellation:
Booking is accepted after payment of bank transfer or Postal order equal to 33% of the total amount of the entire stay or to the price of a single night.
The payment will be made cash on arrival. We don’t accept credit cards. Guests must show identity card for registration.
The cancellation of booking carried out until 7 days before the date of arrival is free of any charge.
In the case of late cancellation or failure to submit the total amount of deposit shall be retained.
SELF CHECK-IN REGULATIONS
Dear guests, thank you for choosing the B&B La Valle del Tevere! In order to make your arrival time as flexible as possible we adopt the self check-in system. To the right of the entrance door there is a safety deposit box with your keys inside. Before your arrival you will be given the combination to open the safety deposit box and your room number. The B&B is on the first floor; inside you will find all the useful information for your stay written on the slates. For any other request, the staff is available 24 hours a day!

Attention: road from Poggio Mirteto is the SP15a, and from Nazzano is the SP40b. Contrada Valli is not the right road.
INTERNAL REGULATION
Animals are not allowed.
Smoking is not permitted into the structure (it’s permitted on the terrace).
Guests can’t let access to others persons into the structure, on grounds of public security.
At the end of the stay, guests are required to hand over the keys. In the case of loss, the damage will be charged.
The staff declines any responsability for loss, robbery or damage of objects belonging to the guests.
The staff of Beb invites the kind guests not to leave the valuables unguarded.
The kind guests are required to maintain a behaviour suitable not to damage the other people’s tranquility.
Each guest is required to indemnify for any damage to the structure and/or for the improper using of the additional allocations.
